How to Submit
- Guidelines
- The Boomerang awards are open to both IMMAP member and non-member organizations
- Organizations should be a duly registered business in the Philippines.
- All work entered in the show should have been launched between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012.
- Each entrant may submit as many pieces of work within their category or amongst the channel categories.
- Only one party may submit a shared entry in a specific category (ex., A website made by both an agency and a production house). Who submits the entry should be agreed upon in advance between the parties concerned, on their own. In the event that the same entry is submitted by two different entrants, only the first entry received will be accepted.
- Organizers of the competition may endeavor to move entries to more appropriate categories, if necessary. The entrant will be informed if any changes will be made.
- Entries submitted will automatically be owned by the award giving body and may be used for any purpose unless otherwise stated by the entrant.
- Deadlines and Costs
- All entry forms and payments must be received via the website www.boomerangawards.com.ph no later than August 15, 2012.
- All payment transactions should be done online.
- Entry Fees are as follows:

- Entry Procedures and Technical Requirements
- All entries must be completed online at www.boomerangawards.com.ph.
- All entries should provide the following basic information:
- Name of Entrant's Company:
- Product or Service for which entry was developed:
- Medium/s Used:
- Industry Category based on the categories mentioned above
- Campaign Duration
- Contact person from Entrant's Company
- Each entry must include a presentation board with a 150 word summary of the objectives, strategy and results.
- Case study videos are recommended but not required for all categories.
- Videos must be uploaded on YouTube or embedded on a microsite shared within the entry form.
- Verification letters from the company for which the entry was created.
- Letters should include within the body a summary of the objectives and results.
- Translations are required if work is not implemented in English. It will be in your interest to explain in English or translate any specific word play or local social, cultural or political reference and nuances. Provide translations on plain letter sized – paper.
- Within the entry form, entrants are required to complete the following: (please do not refer to the name of agency / developer / production house within this area)
- Background of the product or service and the industry for which the entry was developed (75 words)
- Product / Service's current challenge and their objective for which the entry was developed. (150 words)
- The solution developed to address the issue and objectives (150 words)
- How the work helped in addressing the issue and objectives (150 words)
- Results that proved the work's success (150 words)
- All necessary supporting requirements
- Brand Experience
- All necessary supporting materials such as but not limited to:
- URL / Screen Shots of Website or Microsite
- Screen Shots or actual online advertising materials
- URLs / Screen Shots for content / tools / applications used
- Screen shots of social activities
- FB Page
- Twitter Page
- Sample posts / mentions / hashtags, etc
- Additional requirements may be asked from the entrant if needed.
